The main character of the tale is Josh Brolin's portrayal of the strong and despotic extraterrestrial warlord Thanos, who is out to complete his gauntlet, also known as the Infinity Gauntlet, by obtaining all six Infinity Stones. As part of his plan to maintain cosmic balance, Thanos plans to use the Stones to eradicate half of all life.
