It has been more than a decade since Sarah Connor and her unborn son John were targeted for death by the first machine known as The Terminator. Now a healthy little boy, this man will grow up to be the future leader of the human struggle against the Machines. However, the supercomputer Skynet sends another Terminator, known as the T-1000, back in time. The goal of this new, more potent and sophisticated Terminator is to murder John Connor while he is still a young boy. But Sarah and John are not the only ones who need to deal with the T-1000 menace. To keep them safe, another Terminator—the same model that attempted to kill Sarah Connor in 1984 but was unsuccessful—is also brought back in time.
