In "The Smurfs 2," a new threat is presented to the Smurfs. The Naughties are naughty monsters created by the wicked wizard Gargamel (voiced by Hank Azaria). Vexy (voiced by Christina Ricci) and Hackus (voiced by J.B. Smoove) are Smurf-like creatures. In an attempt to become the most powerful wizard by taking over the Smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette (Katy Perry), a character he invented but who has now joined the Smurf community.
