A young farmer by the name of Luke enlists in an effort to free Princess Leia from Darth Vader's nefarious grasp. Together with a smuggler named Han Solo, a wise-old mentor named Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the droid team R2-D2 and C-3PO, they embarked on a galactic quest to deliver top-secret plans that might rescue the galaxy. In their quest to vanquish the tyrannical Empire and its planet-destroying weapon, they must engage in exciting combat and come across intriguing animals. Luke gains knowledge of the Force's strength and his own untapped potential as they collaborate. The film tells the story of a distant galaxy's conflict between good and evil, as well as heroes and villains.
