John Hartley (Dwayne Johnson), the top profiler for the FBI, is investigating after an Interpol Red Notice—the highest-level warrant intended to find and apprehend the most wanted person in the world—is issued. His worldwide search puts him squarely in the center of a risky robbery, forcing him to team up with the greatest art thief in the world, Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds), in order to apprehend "The Bishop," the most wanted art thief in the world (Gal Gadot). The ensuing thrilling journey whisks the three around the globe, over the dance floor, into the jungle, imprisoned in a remote area, and, worst of all, into each other's constant company.
